My prediction for Natlan, before I watch the video: it's an inversion of Fontaine's problem, where the god was frivolous and acting mighty and assured of the oncoming doom. Thus in Natlan it's the opposite: the Prio Archon isn't doing anything to stop the oncoming or inevitable doom of the people, and the people want to deal with the problem but can't because of their god

I use this as a loose prediction, based off Mondstadt and Liyue being opposites of each other, and Inazuma and Sumeru also being opposites of the problem they faced

Did you know in history they had a practice called, Ixiptla? Where they'll choose a person, captive, or volunteer to impersonate a deity.

I believe this is what's happening in Natlan. Since, their "archon" is most likely dead...

Maybe mavuika is trying to do the same thing focalors did by gathering a large of power by using the Natlan competition but instead of creating a weapon like focalors did she is trying to use that power to resurrect the pyro sovereign who could be xbalanque

my crack theory is that Traveler will win this "tournament" and learn the secret from the archon or even Xbalanque himself thus holding the pyro gnosis (but not becoming an archon themselves). Hence the Shivada Jade Gemstone description said "Since you could endure my bitter cold, you must have the desire to burn? Then, burn away the old world for me." is Tsaritsa last request to the traveler who's holding the last piece of the puzzle lol
