UI team, at 1:05:33 (don't know how to embed time, sorry) it is really hard to tell that the 90 in the heart to indicate relationship is negative. The team mention that it's red, but I didn't even spot it until the team pointed it out. And even then, it still wasn't clear that it was supposed to be negative. A possible solution for this would be to have the icon behind the number change to an upside-down or broken heart for when relations turn negative. However, I am red/green colorblind and this may be fixable with colorblind modes. Just a thought.

Victory Paths culminate in a final project in the Modern Age.

The Culture Victory's project is the World's Fair.
The Science Victory is the first man in space.
The Military Victory is Operation Ivy.
The Economic Victory is establishing the World Bank.

I feel like those are all good jumping off points for the teased Information Age expansion after those projects too! I also like how all of the victories have their own 'special moments' upon completion now, like the Space Race always has.

Looks interesting and exciting! However, the UI feels a bit rough, almost like a developer preview - it could use some polish to feel more complete and "civ-like" before release.

Guys, I think this game is looking great. It's important to remember that making games is very, very difficult.
All of the civ games released with issues and missing content, only becoming finished with future installments of dlc.

Also, seriously, everyone, I know it's hard to remember that there are actual real living breathing human beings with feelings that are reading these comments. Just be kind. it's free, and it gets your point across better.

I have to say, the military units look GORGEOUS for the American faction.

I really hope all modern factions will have unique models across the board - for example genuine British vehicles for the British faction (rather than giving them reskinned US equipment and models).

For all their focus on railroads, you'd think they would make the rails actually connect properly.

Hope the difficult level is not based on giving the AI a huge boost since the early start. It's frustrating having 5 culture and science per turn, while other civs have like 37 of each per turn

No explosive animations for the bombing? Seems like something that should be added cause that was very anti-climactic

Crazy to have a tech tree without computers

So the game ends around 1960? Or am I missing something?

I feel like central/eastern European Civs were hugly neglected during the reveal period. I hope they will be shown some love before premiere. I am really looking for Kazimir the Grate or Tadeusz Mazowiecki for Poland.

No franchise is safe from being released unfinished

not gonna lie, the tech/civics ending around the 1960s is a disappointment, and it's gonna be a MAJOR letdown if it turns out that there's a paid DLC down the line that adds another age.

Quick everyone, let's just breeze over the actual release date being February 6th if you're willing to pay $50 extra lol.

UI team, please look at 50:18. It shows a mouseover of a Civic on the Civics Tree. At that time, the player is doing ONE thing: reading about Natural History. But 80% of the screen is not related to Natural History, and the Natural History text and icons are crammed into a teeny-tiny little box. I'm watching this close up at 2160 on a brand new Macbook, and I have to squint to see the text.

CIV 7 new slogan released. ‘Want the real CIV experience? Buy our DLC with content we are withholding for more profits ‘

We have to stop this greedy industry trends. I’m cancelling my pre order. Who is joining?

I’m sad the game currently ends as far as the space race, but I do hope the information age is added eventually.

Tubman is a wonderful inclusion, I appreciate the spotlight on proper American history.
