Stop putting Aggron so low all the time. He’s just a sick Pokémon and one of the most iconic Steel types ever. And for the “he just gets thick” part, it was probably the biggest upgrade for any pokemon that got a mega. It became a pure steel type, which is so much better than its terrible steel/rock type because it helps its defense so much. It even gets filter, which makes all of its weaknesses do only one and a half times the damage. Even its stats are insane, its defense goes to an incredible 230. Thats the highest defense of all pokemon (tied with shuckle and mega steelix). That means that most fighting type moves will do little to no damage to it. A lot changes when aggron mega evolves instead of it just getting “thicker”.

Just to let you know, Mega Sableye is banned from gen 6 6vs6 singles OU. Bad stats aren't an issue when you have an amazing ability.

Mega aggron is really powerful except the bad part is when it mega evolves. It loses it's rock typing and only becomes a steel type.
