Cozy autumn in Russian barnhouse

What we did / Halloween / Renovation in the apartment is finished / cooking children's favorite cutlets.

CUTLETS RECIPE:

(PS these magic cutlets are very much loved by my children and not only mine. A proven recipe. Thanks to my mom for it)

1 kg of minced meat
1 onion
4 eggs
4 tbsp Sour cream (or mayonnaise)
4 tbsp Flour
a pinch of salt
+ spices optional

Mix everything and form cutlets.
The secret of beautiful circles is to moisten your hands with water, then the mass does not stick to them.

You can fry, but I always bake: 180°C (356°F) 20 minutes
