I love the new AA livery and the winglets.

Beautiful little plane. There is an even smaller one, the A318. These are the precursors to the mother of all planes, the A380.

The A319 looks so much better in the new AA livery than in U.S Airways livery.

A319 for AMERICAN just a good plane for you...the german number is due to the country, the A319 is made in germany..later this plane will wear a american number ID  like N9857...
nice video

I have flown these twice.  The first time was a surprise... The second time was because my flight got cancelled and this was my only choice.   I have never heard so many passenger complaints.  All anyone talked about was how uncomfortable they were and how cramped they were.  I agree completely.   I have lifetime Platinum on American and millions of frequent flier miles, but the threat of having to fly these things is making me evaluate Delta as my new airline.  I had a bruise on my knee from a hard metal protrusion on the seat ahead and I had a sore posterior from the seats.  There was absolutely no room to work, so forget about it for business travelers.  Another case of the accountants running free at American.

@jfernandop87007,  American's new single-aisle fleet is a mixture of Airbus A320 family and Boeing 737-800s. Boeing is still American's choice for long-haul.

when did airbus turn to the windlets? i thought they always stuck with the split tip.

Too much contrast between the fuselage and rudder with this livery. Either tone down the rudder or liven up the fuselage a little to make it more consistent.

That plane seems short and stocky compared to the A321T.

The A319 can be difficult to land smoothly if you over flare because they have a tendency to float

i only "like" to thank for posting. i grew up in an AA family. from CV-240's To CV-990's, , AA always had a different look, that brilliant polished aluminum...and now?? battleship grey? might as well add USAF on the fin, even US AIR had better "looks"

the sharklets are kinda ripoff from 737's winglets
