I'm doing intermittent fasting for last 1month regularly (15-16 hours) n doing strength training+cardio 6 days in a week... Im doing my workout in eating window for energy...
N it's working ..I feel more powerful and energatic

I work out 6 times a week and i do intermittent fasting on the 7th day with 16 hour bracket. I use amino acids in between the 16 hours so that muscle protein synthesis won't halt.
I feel good and strength is also increasing. Its working for me i think.
