Sundar's first two points, though they are right in the big picture sense, will drive Google profits down over the next 4-5 years. Google has built a culture and aura around smartness and doing something that clicks inside you. So who will do the grunt work? The work that does not excite you? When a new industry comes into being, innovation is of paramount importance. But as the industry matures, grunt work, boring work are unavoidable. And Google needs to reorient its culture and aura a tad bit
