Bought one for my Consumer Cellular usage. A decent low cost phone fairly easy to set up, though for me this is the first smart phone I've had so took some getting used to. Have had it for two days now and I am still learning things about it and what can be done. Enjoyed this video. Moved my setting app to home page. Trying to learn how to scan qr codes.

Great Beginners Guide video! Question: On my old phone I could lock what I considered to be a very important message and delete all the others in a conversation. Could you explain how to accomplish this with this A14? I think that the starring feature locks it but i have not tested it.

I download apps from play store and when I look for the app it's nowhere. Then if I go to settings then apps it's in there. Where is it on my screen?
