im genderfluid and i tend to just forget gender exists then i think about it and just go "yeahhh that sounds about right for today."

yesterday i woke up and i didn’t know what i was and it took me ten hours to figure it out and those ten hours were STRESSFUL
sometimes it’s in an immediate “mmm it’s a they day” but oTHER TIMES it’s like playing ace attorney where i am the defense and the prosecution at the same time

For me it is like taking two drops of different coloured dyes and placing them in a glass of water. As you watch them decending as pillowing clouds they intersect, swirling around each other in layers, slowly intertwining mixing.
There is always movement, there is always fluidity. No point is fixed but I expirence being simultaneously at a multitude of varying poins at any given moment.

I wake up and I can speak in a soft voice, and I talk to my cuddle toys❤
I am non-binary, a kind, androgynous person, loves Feminine clothing, which is more tactile and, I have learned to do up the buttons and zips, clear my face of hair.
I am not into frilly or lacy things❤

I have a gender schedule I’ve figured out a bit. I wake up: feel too tired for gender. Agender. Get ready, feel preppy, feel feminine: Demi girl. Move through the day, non binary. End of the day, I’m tired, I feel strong and chill, guy. Sleep, I dream and am not affected by the cycle. And then some weeks, or days, I’m just stuck in one gender.

I'm a demigirl and the last one was really well said. like sometimes I wake up without knowing how I feel so I just choose some clothes that I like at the moment and when I'm outside I realize I don't like them because they're for example too feminine and I feel more non-binary at the moment and it usually lasts for the rest of the day. so yeah, I usually realize who I am when I'm already around people and can't change anything about my visuals anymore (':

Thank you! My gender sometimes changes after a month or two and on occasion every other day. I always thought to be genderfluid it had to be daily and it greatly confused me in my gender journey

my girlfriend came out as genderfluid a while back, and I understand and knew about the myths, as I am a demigirl, but my favorite way to ask them what pronouns to use for the moment is always "tits or pecs".(yes I did ask if she was okay with it first)

I usually just dress in a mostly androgynous outfit for the day, and adjust how I’m wearing my jacket as I figure out gender (zipped up with the slouch for masc, open for nb, however I want to for fem, and tied around my waist when I’ve genderevaporated) (it also just depends on hot it is. Except for the genderevaporated fit. That doesn’t change)

I don’t even have a specific one I use. I just never even think about it, but when I do, I just kinda feel them all out and just go “yeah that sounds good for now”

A good thing to think about when people assume an identity dictates presentation:

A non-binary person doesn’t need to be androgynous to be nb, just like a woman doesn’t have to be feminine to be a woman, etc

This applies here too :) to be gender fluid, you don’t have to play into what ppl think gender fluid ppl should look like

For me I’m feminine presenting and shift between nonbinary and female I know I’m not a boy never felt like a boy but felt like a girl or nonbinary and are comfortable with she/her or they/them

Tbh I don’t fully understand Gender-fluid. Just glad that it allows people to be who they feel they are.
