Flash mode would be good if you doubled it as a bicycle light, I actually have used my bike light as a video light before so this makes sense to me.

Will the gopro cage fit on that 3 mount bracket ? Basically so I can have a mic on top along with the lights on the sides. Just looks like it might be a tight fit with the cage but I could be wrong. Let me know if you've tried it or know. Thanks!

If you house the Gopro with a tulip lens hood could that take out some of the glare with the diffuser?

Would these be good for nighttime walking? I walk my dog at night after work and we walk dark streets in some spots and I have my GoPro sessions recording all through our walk as a body security camera because I really do need it due to some altercations I have had in the past with idiots so I need video footage of these idiots approaching me etc. I never could find a dependable body camera with night vision or low light capabilities but I found the session was as good as it gets. Now I’m learning they have lights?? How far does the light go? Would it illuminate passing cars better? I wish go pro would cater more to night time recording. Seriously people do record at night right? Or is it just me? Go pro needs night vision or something. And interchangeable lenses as well for other angles
