Yeah I remember my first playthrough with the DLC and got ticked when I found out it's one dialouge option you have to get right in order to cure her.

I never liked curing her as I felt it made her a little bit of a weaker combatant, but maybe that's my bias. Also she should be a marriage candidate without needing mods.
