The internet confirms Serana is the Dragonborn's love interest no matter what weather she accepts your proposal or not she won't friendzone you after showing trust to her standing up for her and willing to protect her she will fall hard for you

The only thing she finds against marriage is she feels she doesn't deserve it due to her family sins in the dadrea worshiping but falls hard for you none the less

Wait a min after the whole DawnGuard DLC is complete Serana disappears to go cure her vampirism, when she comes back can you marry her then cos she is mortal or does that still change nothing xD
