I always remember the "ł" like in Wisła Krakow. Sadly my Polish-speaking relatives are no longer alive. My Polish grandparents did not live in the same US state as I did until I was about 9 or 10 years old. My grandmother did teach me some Polish in the late-1980s, but I did not have any friends my age that spoke Polish in my neighborhood, so at that young age I never realized how valuable the Polish language could have been to me, especially in the Chicago-area. Hopefully I can learn to pick up the language, or at least some of the basics.

completely normal to pronounce things like domb, dembowa, zomb, zemby, bende, and so on. In fact people almost never pronounce będę as you do it in this video

I know how to read czech, but in Polish, I cannot hear the difference between ź and "rz", "ć" and "cz" or "ś" and "sz". In Czech, river is spelt "řeka", thus with that weird sound mixing a rolled "r" and "j", but it does not seem to be the case for "rz", which to me sounds like an english "j" (like "to jump" without the "d" sound).

Great video, thank you. Please note that in English, the S sound is very very very different from the sh sound. You are pronouncing your s like sh, which is incorrect. Still your english is excellent.
