I just had a pre molar extracted. Had a root canal 3 or 4 years ago on it but it some how went bad even though i brush floss mouth wash. It ended up getting a very painful abscess at the root which swelled my entire side of my face. Luckily a week of amox 500mg 3 x day with an immediate extraction took care of it all. But now i am left with the question do i get a single tooth partial like in this video or do i go for an implant! The dentist said come back in 12 weeks to make sure it healed up good, then we can talk about implant options and if i choose so then we make an apt to get it drilled and screwed in, then got to wait 12 more weeks and if all looks good then the crown and abut is made. its sounding like 3500 to 4000 cash since most dental insurance refuse to cover anything tooth implant related. I go to my 6 month cleanings and i have my panaramic x rays every 5 years and my standard x rays as needed. no bleeding gums and no bright red gums either. I know you cannot say exactly but what is the ball park range for a single tooth bridge ? thank you !
