although a great informative video, you repeated yourself many many times and this video time/length could have been cut by at least half the time (10 minutes or so )!

For folks with any kidney disease its best to avoid potassium. Depends at what level of CKD. At level 3 I wouldn't have 2 bananas at the same time but maybe one. However stage 4 or 5 or frankly even my stage 3 you should talk to your Renal doctor. Your blood tests will guide whatever advice you get.
