So awesome to see Ronnie on your channel! Glossed over the details that make those lifts 1000x more impressive. In the old Viking legend where a man lifted the ships mast, he died after walking a few steps. That log was 640kg, 1412lbs. Thor took a few steps, and had no trouble recuperating after. I love his reaction to the elephant bar deadlift!
