N Korea welcomes closer Russia China ties

Isolated from much of the world,... North Korea appears to be putting more energy in closer ties with Russia and China.
The North's state-run Rodong Shinmun daily earlier this week gave high marks to a summit last month between Russia President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping.
The daily said their bolstered political and security ties would deal a blow to the United States.
Last week, the paper ran another story.. calling for closer relations between Russia and China... as a counter to the United States' pivot to Asia.
