Russia's Putin receives red-carpet welcome from Kim Jong Un in North Korea

Western countries are keeping a close eye on Russian President Vladimir Putin, who received a red-carpet welcome for his first visit to North Korea in 24 years.

It comes as the U.S. and South Korea say North Korea has been sending large quantities of arms to Russia for for its invasion of Ukraine.

The bottom line is that China, Russia, and North Korea are helping to each other .oOnce one of their friends is not feeling well, another one is going to help . This is the nature of human relationships. Symbolically, the Western sanctions against them are not in effectively working. Multipolar systems would help them to get out of the Western sanctions/accusations. I would do the same. If one of my best friends is hurt, I come and help . This is pretty simple to understand it.
