Preload and Afterload are two very confusing words. In the way to understand medical science to pass USMLE I came across with these numerous terms. All these words made my life a complete hell. I began to search for easy books and I found nothing. I began to look for easy solutions in the internet. I heard many many lectures. Nothing solved my problem. Then one day God became so kind to me and I came in contact with Professor Dr. Najeeb in YouTube. It is the most memorable day of my life. I immediately subscribed his lectures and began to listen to those. In this way God saved me and my life.

I am a medical graduate from an Indian medical college. I have full respect for my professors who I acquired knowledge from. Unfortunately we never had any such splendid professor like Dr. Najeeb in our entire medical career. But later I found out none of the medical students of India had a professor like Dr. Najeeb. And even now there is no professor in the world like professor Dr. Najeeb. If you know anybody like him please let me know I want to listen to that professor's lectures. But I know there is none like Professor Dr. Najeeb on the surface of the globe so far. He is the only one. You must subscribe his lectures and you must listen to his lectures.
