Here’s how I learned: Yell “grrrr” and force your tongue up. The tongue will want to drop down. Don’t let it. Force it up while yelling “grrrr.”
Good news is it gets easier quickly. Once you get a feel for the motion, you’ll be surprised how quickly you learn it.

Non-spanish speakers, I have something to tell you:
Maybe you’ll able to get it, but studies say that the sounds that we haven’t developed until around the age of 7, we’ll no longer be able to make them.
BUT some can be achieved with practice as long as they’re similar to what you already know. And this R is a bit similar to that of English. So go for it!!
(If I managed to do the French R, you’ll able to do this too 😅)

I'm Spanish but I have a small birth defect in my tongue that makes it super hard to roll my rs. Theres so many languages where it wouldn't have mattered as much, but nope, Spanish it is! 😂 Oh well.
