Your wall meter was the consumption of the adapter, not the actual output of power after heat, and all the other things that get lost during the AC to DC voltage change you would need to measure the output of that adapter not the input. The input is just measuring it’s efficiency if you did the difference between the two, so if you check it’s rated output versus its rated input.

That section of the cable where it attaches to the termination/plug (like the broken one you show at @3:26) is called the "strain relief". I haven't seen your entire video so maybe you mention that term but I just figured I'd mention it. Not trying to be a know-it-all. :)

The true last test would be cable stress longevity to see how much the conductors themselves inside holds up. Especially at the ends.

Nice stuff. I heard of the first at this video: /watch?v=yhe5h2uznfw by The Loam Ranger, he used those in his SUV. He used the orange cable that splits into 3 cables. He has it connected to a big power bank.
I've not seen any other company doing what they do. So it's good people are doing vids on them.
