People keep commenting about he should use is hands instead of a blender etc .. He's not cooking for himself at home, he s got a pizza shop and he is giving all the important insights on how to run a pizzeria efficiently .. I am thinking about opening a pizza shop in my city Casablanca in Morocco, and i think i can make good pizza based on the instructions on his videos . Thank you man,

I have been experimenting for a while with pizza dough...with dry yeast. Vito, so far your video has the best one. Next will be the tomato sauce ;)
Only in Thailing sort of limited the selection to pick from, but will look around.
The weekend family project will be to build a temporary simple wood fired oven!
