In the comments of the fan trailer I made for V.A Proxy, I got a ton of comments and this is one of them. Sometimes comments are fun. If you are curious about the indie game in question, V.A Proxy let me tell you about it. V.A Proxy will be an open world, hack and slash video game inspired by Devil May Cry and Nier by Pyro Lith. Some people want to say Ultrakill as well, but the only thing in common is that robots are in it. The demo is coming soon to steam. I will be talking about the game on the channel too! :)

Gameplay mechanic I came up as an idea:
The 'Game Over' text field has a Final Fantasy 7-esque slide-in motion and when when timed/'parried' perfectly it triggers a dialogue. The Grim Reaper himself tries explaining to the player how everything has an end even our MC in a mocking tone. Right before he grabs our corpse you can once again parry this which in turn triggers a boss fight with him and it could be like the Gulag system where if you win you get another shot.
Bonus: Once won, the player can choose to either get the second chance immediately ~OR~ do the very same. Walk to Death's corpse which in turn makes him parry US, revealing to be a rival character of sorts. >>> 'Death's Door Grim Reaper' as the name title.

Ever beside us. When loosing he belittles our efforts but also serving as a motivator to prove ourselves to be better. And if we die? So be it. Next round there'll be another chance.

How do you activate the nuke? I’ve found the. Orbital cannon core and explored it but idk how to activate it or if it’s even relevent
