Thumb Grips Worn Out? How to Change Xbox One Controller Stick (EASY FIX)

I hear that these offbrand joysticks are bad and get stuck in place easily. Surely there's just the rubber out there but I hear even like kontrolfreek thumbgrips etc will be too loose because it's designed to be on top of the original rubber. Any suggestion for just the rubber someone? mine looks exactly like his same color same left joystick that's naked and afraid.

This is the equivalent of your car tires tread wearing out... so u replace the whole rim... ... just buy a new tire and put it on the rim.
In this case buy a new rubber thumb grip replacement.
