Stumbled upon this video because I've been in a bad hitting slump, and man, this has helped immensely in training my brain to properly track the ball and swing with much better timing. Been in Hall of Fame BP for about 30 minutes now against different pitchers and in almost always on the early side of good on every pitch aside from very late on everything. Thank you!

I'm pretty awful at this game but love baseball and always have. For some reason this clicked for me. I'm not vastly improved but I do feel less lost at the plate and obviously some pitchers are more difficult than others to apply this to. All I can say is this is a pretty big community and if this video didn't work for ya I'm sure you can find someone else who can explain it in a way that clicks with you. For me this helped...I'm still bad but like I said I don't feel so lost at the plate and get some more consistency in my games and ABs instead of feeling like I won purely on pitching and luck.

Strictly for fast balls correct but more so between 95-102 mph in that range. Figured it would be slightly slower with breaking balls or changeups obviously.

So I'm confused because you started by saying:

1. Ball out of glove.
2. Brings ball up top.
3. Pitcher Step.

But when you go to hit the ball you're doing "click click.. boom" during a different sequence.

The second sequence you're doing the "click's"

1. Pitcher leg lift.
2. Pitcher brings ball behind back.
3. When you swing.

I'm genuinely asking because I used to do this but my clicks would always get messed up lol, so I'm just looking for clarity..
