Just another example of a small group of people believing that representative democracy actually means the people of the electorate, the demos, want them to govern whichever way they want.

Germany being Europe's heavy-weight and backbone both economically and politically in turmoil and crisis means Europe is in shambles, and this is a direct result of them blindly following American lead without questioning, only Orban and handful Europians minded their business and are better off now.

Merz’s Blackrock connections are not addressed nor its investments in Ukraine.

Love the phrase “economic success story” as German firms stampede to other countries. Interesting how the term “deindustrialization” (and its consequences) are not addressed. Instead we see knee-jerk Cold War logic.

This was a very superficial analysis, mainstream. The situation in Germany is much grimmer.

It is inexcusable that a so-called "economic powerhouse" collapses because it depended solely on Russian gas and some Nigerian oil plus some surplus dribbling in. Also the far-right AfD is a dud party that won't be able to satisfy German guts, simply because since WW2 Germany had always depended on foreign workforce and foreign authorities for energy and expertise. Now that the country's dirty jobs (building contactors, cleaners, cuisine and nurcing) are all occupied by foreigners, the local population who refuse these low paying jobs complain about joblessness.
