Dr. Phil endorsed former President Donald Trump for president at a rally at Madison Square Garden in New York City. During his speech, he made a point to say he didn't believe Trump was a bully despite being called one numerous times. He explained the reason he couldn't be is because there's no imbalance of power between him and her counterparts.
