I'm going to test out a live stream on YouTube tomorrow, hopefully all will go to plan and we can have a little Q and A and talk about music and production.
I'll be sending out a notification so be sure to turn your notifications on if you want to be there :)

Mike, I'm new to creating music and fl studio. Practically just started since last week. I must say, watching your tutorial and how you take the time to explain and articulate each step so clearly has made me learn so much in such short space of time. I've watched lots of fl studio tutorials here, but yours are simply the BEST. Thank you so much for all your effort in helping others.

I love these types of video tutorials where there is no intro music or editing just a dude explaining what you are attempting to learn in a way you can easily understand.

That's gonna be a sub from me dog.

I'm new to FL Studio as I started literally months ago after the passing of my favorite producer. Your videos have been a great, GREAT help as I dove into it completely blind by creating a remake of my favorite, haha! There's still so much to learn though, and your videos help me a lot. Thank you!

I worked with so many DAW's from "Fruity Loops 3 back in the days than reason 3 and 4, cubase sx3 to cubase 8.5.. Studio One 3 and 4, Pro Tools, and a long time using Logic Pro X and I watched your videos from time to time and now I'm back again learn some FL Studio again. More and More I think I could switch from Logic to FL because it's a beautiful DAW and this workflow is really cool. So many features and audio support instead of midi only. Don't know why but I feel so comfortable in this DAW. I will definetely use this DAW as my main program. Thanks for your tutorials ! The best I've seen in a while :) keep it up :)

Hi! I have been using this software since the old Fruity Loops days and you have the best tutorials to date. I started composing new age and cinematic music, which everyone told me would not be easily done in FL Studio. With your help, it has become easier. The midi editor is the most intuitive to me. I was an Acid Pro user until I bought a Mac. I also own Logic Pro, Live and Cubase and FL Studio is still my favorite. The mixer is very simple to learn and your tut is exactly what any beginner or long time user needs to ramp up!

My first DAW was Fruity Loops 4 back in 2002, the times when we create flash animations and games :) After two decades I professionally use Studio One, Ableton Live and Cubase. However, FL Studio has so different workflow, shortcuts and controls. I become confused a lot because of my fixed mindset about DAWs.

I got a mix job given as a FL Studio project. It's a super unorganized one, waves files floting around everywhere, some of them even unassigned and play through the master bus directly. Your tutorials helped me grasping the concept of FL Studio. Thank you very much! Greatly appreciated.

Great video, better way of routing to individual track is by selecting your instrument/sample in the channel rack then opening your mixer and selecting the track you want to route it to. Clicking Ctrl + L will automatically assign wanted element to the track and it will also rename and recolour the track for you to exact name and colour in the channel rack. Saves a load of time when you think about how often you have to route.

I have had FL Studio for years; I've created lots of little jams... But, it's always just experimenting for me. It's been nice to get some insight from you!!! Puts a backbone to my creativity. Thank you!

What I really enjoy is you sharing that knowledge base with us and then, encouraging us to find what works for us. Well done.

Another awesome video. Still relevant even from 5 years ago. Thank you for making something pretty complicated to a noob so easy to understand and work with.

With such a video series like this, so well explained and so rich in details, we literally don't need the online manual :) We all should be really grateful to this guy, and that includes Image Line team cuz their online manual pretty much sucks. You're awesome Mike. Peace
