man this gentleman talks and pauses exactly like my dad. I damm near said yes sir after very sentence. Setting up this exact set up for a podcast and this video was helpful.

The question is, what happens to the audio quality, after transferring it via so many intermediaries. USB hub, USB adaptor, and so on. The USB hub has its own power, that means electricity (which can create noise), and the USB adaptor is also used for charging the device. Where is the benefit of using an XLR?
I better feel like buying a USB mic. Or? Convince me otherwise.
