Imagine going through that whole ordeal and the first thing you see is all the Officers who abandoned you are dead in a pile from the germans and you are next. Its almost like he forgot that he got out of 1 hell and went right back to the one he was in previously.

It's not really a secret ending but more of a hidden sequence. If you don't kill him you can still manage to escape by placing boxes jumping on top of them and jumping over the wall and the exact cutscene will play out but the monster will escape.

Got the ending where me and the monster get out. I wonder if it's actually better to release it since the germans screaming right before the end implies that they'll find Henri and kill him, maybe the monster could help him and instead kill the germans while he escapes

Anyone else hear the faint "Henri!" when the monster screams as it falls to it's death?

The first bridge breaks from rocks falling on it - leaving only a plank. If you stand on the middle of the plank, the monster will jump across and then hang from the ledge of the cliff a few seconds before pulling itself back up. While it was hanging there I threw it with a petrol bomb and it fell into the chasm and died also.

I'm not sure since I haven't played the game, but I wonder if it's possible to lift all the bridges and destroy the wooden ones without killing the beast, which leaves it alive and trapped inside the tunnels whille you escape. Technically that would be a "third" ending to the game.

Bro.. it was more secret to me to Stack boxes and run, when i played i thought it was final boss fight, and i fought him until i broke bridge with a bomb by luck and i understood how to kill him.

Seemed like a "portal" in the unique death animation.

I legit knocked the beast into the pit and it sat at the bottom screaming at me...

I lost the sequence... guys, can you please explain what the main character is sorry for ? did he realize what he did with the lambert ? but how did he figure it out ? i only found 4 notes where the main character shares his paranoia and worry that supposedly the coworkers don't know what he did, but what did he do ???

I had the super secret ending. Where I destroyed the bridge, missed the monster, shotgunned the monster, He then jumps into the pit below so I can safety leave.. then comes back in the end cutscene.

I waited to use the bunny then just put it in the middle of the bridge then chicked a grenade

This is the standard ending. The only other option is not killing the creature. Nice secret

the fact that they scatter some resources in that room can be really misleading, I thought I had to weaken him first before dropping him into the pit
