I would like to move here this year. I have already lived a year in Budapest before. Do you think that those two cities have a lot of similarities ? And also, do you think that strangers are quite welcomed here, especially if we try to learn the language and fit in ? I'm french.

Ok so you're kinda exaggerating when talking about the weather XD Also Semmering is actually quite close to Vienna and skiing there is really fun :)
