Place foot over your knee.

Using the same hand as crossed over leg, hold around the big toe joint to stabilise it and keep it still.

Using the other hand grab the big toe and pull it outwards.

Once the toe is pulled outward, maintain the pressure as your rotate the toe clockwise and anticlockwise for 30 seconds.

This exercise is beneficial for increasing the movement and reducing the stiffness in the big toe joint. regular joint mobilisation also stimulated joint lubrication.

Broke my lower leg I. Motorcycle accident over 5 years ago. Felt like my big toe was jammed for a few days. Couldn't get it to pop. Just tried this and my big toe is popping like crazy. Instant relief. Even rotating my big foot around seems to be popping. I don't know this magic you just did but I appreciate it.
