How to wear the FORME posture sports bra ?

I have some arthritis in my neck and right shoulder that’s reduced my range of motion a bit. I’ve stopped wearing all over-the-head sports bras, not because they’re hard to put on, but because I can’t get them off without help due to the arthritis! I feel like this product might help to reduce my pain level, but I don’t like to feel “stuck” in my clothing. How would you address that?

Is it suppose to be over your clothes or under?
