People are willing to get on the planes as soon as possible, not waiting very long. The economic and airline industry collapse is not organic but forced through public policy, and domestic aviation should be resumed as soon and as strong as possible.

Covid-19 is literally nightmare for 121ops where as for 135 charter ops they can use it as an opportunity.

Just sharing an example stranded indians all over the world wants to get back to there home country and for that they have started repatriation flights but very limited (due to state policy)
So now people are so desperate that they are ready to take charter flights. So other than business people now its a good opportunity to attract normal pax as well.

But again it also depends on state gov polices like availabilityof quarantine facilities, testing kits, etc.

simple keep the A/C clean and cut C.E.O pay and tell the airports to better job
