Very helpful. My adhd was not disturbing my mind until i got into a car accident at the age of 16 and getting ptsd when i sit in a vehicle. From there, my adhd just spiked and i started diving in my mental health

I'm really glad I found this video...I was certain I have ADHD but some other videos led me to search for the relationship between trauma and ADHD, and now that you've explained this, I'm realizing I may have been wrong in my assumption.

Are they mistaken or are there the same thing?
It seem ADHD *is* a coping mechanism resulting of trauma
