When I realised Apple where doing demo’s of the Vision Pro the first thing I thought was if Norm from Tested got an invite. Delighted to see you did and I appreciate the professional, enthusiastic yet tempered recounting of the demo experience as it was presented to you. A lot of great information to take onboard. This is the type of tech apple will need at least 4 generation to get me to pay for it while they perfect. I’ll probably pick one up in about 8 years. I can only imagine how this device will shape the layout of my home office environment.

The amount of time I spend at home on the average evening browsing the web, watching YouTube videos, responding to texts, is nontrivial. The fact I could pop this thing on and be doing all of that in one interface, sounds like the ultimate leisure device. Add to that the productivity factor… I have a job where I drive around a lot to different meetings and there’s often time where I’m sitting in my car waiting for the next thing to happen. If I can pop this thing on and have a nice work environment, that could take some pressure off my time later at the office. Or I could just be very entertained. Or a little bit of both. Seriously using this in my car at random downtimes is one of my ultimate use cases.

The best preview yet imo. They haven’t let a lot of VR guys/influencers in and this is why. Apple doesn’t want the XR title. Makes so much sense. But the guys from tested do the best job at these things. Being fair and critical at the same time with little as much bias as i can tell. Bravo
