After dinner outside on the deck Mark questions why Pops isn’t helping with the dishes, but this guy is too good for that, this is CIGAR time and while the ladies are bonding he tells Mark that he wants to thank him in EXCRUCIATING detail for being able to look over the fact that Eve isn’t a Virgin. He says stuff like guys like to break new ground, they want to be teachers and even starts talking about his wife in really gross ways like saying he likes how she has no confidence, and telling Mark he RESPECT him for looking past all of Eve’s flaws. This ends up with Mark looking TRAUMATIZED when he goes back inside to join everyone, not telling Eve what her father said, but realizing eventually he has to get her as far away from them as possible.
