Roleplay Discussion on Home Visit | Hip Replacement Surgery

Показать описание
In this OET speaking roleplay, the setting is the home of an 80-year-old patient who had hip replacement surgery three weeks ago. During the nurse's visit, the patient reports symptoms that suggest acute sinusitis, an inflammation of the sinus lining at the back of the nose. The nurse explores the reasons behind the patient's poor sleep and the symptoms and reassures the patient that the condition usually resolves on its own and is not severe. The nurse recommends self-help treatments and advises the patient to see a GP only if there is no improvement after one week so that the GP can prescribe appropriate treatment to rule out any other conditions. By watching this video, nurses will get a clear idea of the scenario of Sinusitis in the OET speaking role-play session.

Hi teacher. I enjoy watching your lesson although I 'm not from country India. Do you mind speaking more of English so that International student like me can understand. Thanks for your consideration.
