those red light were above clover field and honeystorm, and they appeared due to king beetle being right under it

2:07 that's just Onett reusing King Beetle's layer as a platform, like the cactus field is just clover field's platform with king Beetle's layer underneath it with glowing red lights.
It's definitely just Onett testing and working on some lighting changes and all

I have another theory on top of the Halloween update. You see when we first had beequips? They were quite rare to obtain and the ones that we wanted are probably that easy to get. Onett then added a sticker shop in Dapper Bear's shop. So, we *MIGHT* be getting a new NPC (Doodle Bear) who sells stickers. There is currently nothing to prove that this is upcoming, but it is just a theory based of previous updates.
