The reverse torque is higher than forward torque

I purchased a rigid drill and impact driver, I hate them, they shut off when you need it most. Ridged Cordless tools are off of my list, they advertise batteries for life, Home Depot no longer replaces the batteries you have to go through a bunch of bull, Ridged is just not worth hte hassle
