In the Schottkys junction case, Prof illustrated picture for p-type metal where Ef of metal was lower than valance band of Semi-con.
I wonder, in case of n-type metal, do Ef of metal will be generally higher than Ef of Semi-con. ? So, electron is possible to move from metal to semi-con.
