Sometimes we’re waiting for people to change, and then we’ll accept them. “When they start doing right, then I’ll have a better opinion.” But God doesn’t ask us to clean ourselves up and then we can come to Him. He says, “Come just as you are and I’ll help you get cleaned up.” God waited for us when we were off course. He showed us mercy when we weren’t at our best.
