Turkey can not fight the Rafale, at least not with its current inventory.

As a Turkish, yes basically Rafale beats f-16 30-40-50's.Maybe block 70's can handle more but not enough.However, people miss somethings like;
Greece external debs is 446 billion dollar (246 times more than greek GDP)
Turkey's debts 448 billion dollar (63 times more than Turkish GDP)
Turkish defence industry indigenousness rate like %76
Turkey is the 14th largest arms exporter in the whole world.
Basic difference between Greece and Turkey:
Turks make, use and sell
Greeks just buy
It's a big "difference" during war times.
Also for this video; this hypothetical dogfight happens over Turkish mainland right ? There is no chance to do some maneuvers like these over the Turkish mainland bcz of the air defence system.

Οκ παιχνιδι ειναι αλλα απο τα στοιχειωδη των dogfights λειπουν ΟΛΑ....
Ουτε barell rolls, ουτε ψαλιδια, ουτε rate-turn fight...
Επισης verticals με κλειδωμενη ουρα δεν κανει κανεις.
