Hey guys.
In this DCS World Simulator video I'm in the SU35 Flanker fighting TRON in the Rafale (thanks for the help buddy). This is a BVR fight with crazy missiles. Hope you guys enjoy!

I love playing simulators, I started with Arma 3 and then I saw DCS World. I also enjoy War Thunder , Battlefield , Ghost recon, Squad , Rome total war, Microsoft Flight Simulator and more. I also enjoy World War II games including il-2 In DCS World i found all the jets that i wanted to fly in a simulator the F 16 Viper , FA 18 Hornet , F 15 Eagle , A 10 Warthawg , SU 27 , Mig 29 , P 51 , Spitfire , AH 64 Apeche , Heuy and more... And if you will download MODs the options are endless: F 22 Raptor, SU 57 , A 4 Skyhawk , SR 71 Blackbird , Rafale, Gripen and the list goes on.

Real-life Meteor is pretty insane from what little is known about it. It operates with a ram-jet rather than a rocket motor, which iirc is a first on air-to-air missiles. That allows it to stay fast for much longer, allowing it lots of extra range compared to an AMRAAM (at least on paper). Its countermeasure resistance will be good given the combined skills of the designing firms. A really rare example of a pan-European project that went smooth(-ish) and produced a top-of-the-line weapon. With most European fighters adopting or already equipped with AESA radars, it's a huge step-up in defense capacity. If only the European 5th gen fighter initiatives hadn't gone so poorly, we might have had one ready to carry it.

damn, the Rafale didn't even have time to react to the last missile shot, it was that close. A few countermeasures out and then impact. wow.

I can only imagine Tron's reaction to the first hypersonic fox 3.. and keep up with the external cuts man, especually the ones showing the terrain udnerneath zooming by, it really adds to the sense of speed!

So the chance of being obliterated by a meteor while hiking is low but never zero, one more reason for me to stay at home and play dcs
