I have a set of data that i need help with. There is a list of machines that were shipped to 4 different locations(So 4 different columns in front of the data). Inspection was done at each location and data was entered as either "PASS" or "REJECT". How do i get excel to HLookup each of the 4 columns and return either "PASS" or "FAIL" into a final column #5.
I hope you understood the layout of the data.

What is the keyboard shortcut for dragging? I don't want to use mouse especially in dragging a very long list of data.
