Great video, I have same scenario where there is no internet, but have packages of tensorflow around 10 GB, I tried very much, might be your video will helpful for me, if it helped me, I am the first person to say thanks a lot..!

Dear Sir, I see your video for installing the packages in anaconda in offline mode. I am new to use anaconda. I need to install base map package in windows. It was very amazing and knowledge full video.
I have tried with several ways but i could not get success. Please help me to install base map package.
