AeroFarms provides a sustainable alternative to conventional agriculture. The company has built indoor farms that can produce food locally using a technology called "aeroponics." Plants are not grown in soil but rather in air canals sprayed with water mist, which provides the roots with the necessary water to grow. Isn’t this kind of farming creating more carbon footprint than traditional farming? Considering the energy consumed maintaining that tightly regulated environment? Just asking.

Yea, they only grow lettuce because they make the most money off of lettuce in the least amount of space...they will never grow rice or wheat or potatoes or any kind of squash or anything that takes up space. This is just about getting rich, it has never been about feeding people.
