I think Ali is the person with the most stock footage of himself at maximum variety of situations.

I didn't let friendship fade over time, but it really just faded over time.

I have done a lot of those things. The hardest part now is trying to turn it all around, finding friends at 33 feels pretty scary.

wow so glad to know i have been following this for a long time, regret is just an emotion after all so it will be fine, you will have regret no matter what you do, if not these top 5, then bottom 15

Tip 1: prioritise work over everything else & i wish i hadn't worked so hard
tip 2: you should follow what other people expect of you
tip 3: always suppress your feelings
tip 4: let your friendship fade overtime
tip 5: you should stick to your comfort zone and avoid growth and changes at all costs

Im so glad i have failed so much in life, im only 19 its the perfect time to put the effort into finding out what the rest of my life gets to be, I thank G-d for all of my failures and all the times i suffered so young, my 20s are going to be great!

Living a life true to myself since 2011, despite all the opposition, is incredibly hard. It’s still a struggle. Today is one of those days when I feel like breaking down. I tried to sleep but couldn't. I felt so low on energy, but a few minutes ago, I jumped out of bed, made an instant coffee, and opened my journal. I started writing, started organizing. Suddenly, I got some energy and decided to watch a Ali Abdaal video I got a notification for the other day. Here I am. Not successful yet, not even close, but hopefully soon.

Everyone with no exception should avoid developing these regrets. The human life is so precious and so capable. Reducing yourself to something that doesn't fit you is an insult to yourself and a disservice to everyone else.

Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.

There's a book called money's hidden tricks, and it talks about how using some secret tehniques you can attract a lot of money, it's not some bullshit law of attraction, it's the real deal

Even if we try to retain old friends… they’ll still slip away cuz we all are grinding to win the bread everyday

I have just finished your book today and It has really changed my perspective of being productive and not taking success as a hard rock thing to get, instead enjoy the process. Thank you for proving that with lots of scientific studies.
Looking forward to all your videos and learning from you :)

Nice sarcastic approach to productivity 👏 I love it!
Defining what something is is good. Sometimes (like now), defining what something is NOT is better. 👍👍👍👍

Haha, this was a fantastic video. My 7-year-old asked me why I was laughing so much, and I told him different ways he can live a life he'll regret. He was also laughing but locked in. 😂 Reverse psychology at its finest.
