"Ruby" is the first new chocolate type since 80 years (when white chocolate was invented).
It was invented in 2017 by Barry Callebaut, the worlds biggest chocolate manufacturer.

The pink Ruby chocolate taste like fruity berries, but there are neither berries nor berry flavors or colors added to the chocolate.

The pink chocolate is made from the Ruby cocoa bean. By using a unique process, Barry Callebaut develops the natural flavor of the Ruby bean with the corresponding hue.

I LOVE Japanese Kit Kat. They have taken a common candy and taken it to a whole new level. In CA we have 1 special kitkat store in San Francisco but it doesn't have the variety and gourmet flavors that there is in Japan. Thanks Guys! Great Video!

OMG! Kitkat heaven! I am so envious!. I love Japanese kitkat they are so much better than the American ones which are too sweet for me. I look for Japanese kitkat in Asian grocery stores and have tried some different ones like green tea. If I visited Japan I would bring back a suitcase full I have even order some from Japan but it's very expensive. Please more kitkat videos!

I saw a video online maybe late last year about the ruby chocolate! They said it was a new find and the secret was closely guarded... I think the release was supposed to be limited to Korea and Japan so you guys are super lucky to have tasted it!!
