At first glance it just seems that he eats it like that normally, but if you look into the details, he has mentioned before that he thinks the food youtubers are way too friendly, and that hitting x amount of subs is "unfortunate". Hes ticking us off on purpose, both to avoid hitting milestones and create some conflict. Everything is going according to plan for him.
